What are the usernames and passwords to view Alliance videos on the web site?

Answer:  Alliance videos are for viewing by Alliance member schools and sponsoring organizations.  Usernames and passwords are provided to each school building's Alliance contact person and may be downloaded from a link on the "school resources" page.

What do I tell someone who says that he or she is not receiving Alliance newsletters?

Answer: Check your SPAM Filter

Why won't the videos run on my MAC computer?

You will need to download Flip4Mac (free) from Microsoft.com. Safari  has known problems running .wmv presentations. However, Firefox, with a Silverlight free download, runs fine on a Mac.
